“I am one of those people who like an easy life and when it comes to Insurance I require a company that will do their best for me and whilst not necessarily always the cheapest they insure that they cater for all my requirements at a fair and competitive rate and thus save me the drag of shopping around every year time and time again. They are the one for me! Tony.”

“The mechanical process of renewal was very efficient, reminder of policy expiry,new quote and payment arrangements for renewal. However , the premium on this policy has increased by a very large percentage over 2 years with little attempt to find competitive quotes and the only policy offered with Aviva at over 40% higher than 2 years ago without much explanation other than the fact that you were no longer dealing with the previous insurer. Also I had made a claim on the policy for denial of access /interruption of business because of Covid under the terms of the previous policy and was immediately told that my policy no claims bonus was withdrawn and the premium increased. In fact I was never told there was a no claims bonus attached to this policy , or how it operated or affected the premium from year to year , or how it would be affected in the light of any claim , at any time during the 2 years I held the insurance.”

“An easy to use website with the questions clear and precise led to a very competitive quote. However I needed to clarify a point so did not purchase until I could speak with someone. To my surprise the someone phoned me very promptly and a delightful conversation ensued which not only answered my query but gave me enormous confidence in the product. I had no hesitation in insuring our holiday let immediately. Impressive personal service. Thank you Adam!”

“Hi I used i4me insurance Brokers for my Holiday let insurance through I may add Morethan insurance which recommended i4me insurance to me which turn out to be the right choice a top policy with everything I wanted at the right price with no hidden extra. Helpful call staff would highly recommend 10/10”

“Our renewal premium had risen fairly substantially so I phoned to see why. I4me were very knowledgeable about potential reasons and asked me questions regarding various risk factors. Once we’d been through everything the premium reduced by 10% so I very happily renewed.”
