“The course I did was really use full and helped me to get on the work site I needed it for I will be doing other courses and will also be telling people to use this site if needed”

“The course itself was fine however i think it was wrongly titled. The course was called root cause analysis, and in fact it was not about that - but was about accident investigation instead. The part on Root cause analysis was very short and basically said that you dont do it.... Just booked it online so only automated emails”

The whole course is about using Root Cause Analysis methodology to investigate incidents in a health care environment. We would be very interested to understand why and where you feel we state that we 'don't do it', it being RCA. We always appreciate comments on our courses and use the feedback to make improvements. If this course suggests anywhere that the training is not about RCA then we shall make adjustments to make it clear that the course is completely focussed on RCA.
