“Staff were helpful on the phone and our fitters seemed able to access and complete the training with ease - no-one asked for assistance accessing or completing the training. Also the price for bulk buying the training was competitive.”

“Provides training for compliance in a way that can be fitted around surgery time without having to close the practice. I greatly value the fact that you are informed which areas things were answered incorrectly, as this increases the learning opportunities. Not all other training providers do this. “The subject knowledge provided was clear and understandable - the mini 'check-up' assessments at the end of each module were useful in consolidating what I had learnt. “Everything was very simple. How to access the learning & print off certificates were emailed in great detail, & when i wanted to create a group i simply emailed the gentleman back, and he set it up for me immediately & again emailed me explicit details of how to add members etc. The site itself is very easy to move around & the staff completed their training with no problems & printed off their certificates immediately. Very impressed.”
