vI was having issue with withdrawal but thanks to NetTraceP (at) g mailcom for making sure all my pending withdrawal was recovered..

Overall the course and support was good. The only issue I have is I’m currently unemployed and looking for work. If I had a certificate to say I have successfully completed my Online TEFL course, it would give me a better chance of employment. I have tried contacting itoi and Learn Direct some staff just say there is a delay with certificates and Jesse said I will receive an email when I can download my certificate but it’s been over 3 months since I completed the course and passed all the assignments. How long does it take to generate a certificate! Disappointed.

It is okay as a course program if you're not in a hurry, have tons of time to wait for their feedback and 100% abide by their own terminology for assignments. Communications in general is pretty clumsy. I took the 180hrs course for 229€ (Level 5)

I enjoyed the program and the training. However, I was quite disappointed by their customer service. There was a serious lack of communication. I didn't know that my program expired 24 hours before I expected it to. I didn't realize that I even HAD a tutor until the end of the program. And then my tutor didn't respond to my email until days later and his response failed to clarify my questions!

I tried to contact call center for payment as it was giving me problems with no luck and the special is ending in an hour. Iam not okay😩😩

Really enjoyed the course, great support to help me get to grips with an assignment I struggled with. It is disappointing to note that despite sending a number of emails requesting specific information it is still not resolved. Lots of apologies but nothing done. I was hoping to do a top up course but probably won't due to this.

The classroom was is an awesome fun group of people I've met. learnt a lot in the 2days The tutor was excellent and couldn't have asked for a better tutor. A big thank you goes out to all the students that i worked with and once again Susan a big thank you.

Recently completed my TEFL Diploma with i-to-i and can only describe my experience as "It was amazing!". The course is highly organised, user friendly with instant support only a click away. The tutors are very helpful. I did L5 so make sure you have enough time set aside for the assignments. The live webinar are very useful. I was disappointed for the price of a printed certificate

The TEACHING IELTS COURSE has a few spelling errors and links that don't work. The answer key on one of the tests is wrong for one question. Hence, I rated it "ACCEPTABLE". It is disappointing to do this course after completing the Level 5 TEFL DIPLOMA which is far better. The Level 5 TEFL DIPLOMA I would rate as "VERY GOOD". It is organised well and one progresses through the course easily. There is a sense of achievement and success as one navigates the course. I learnt a lot. I am a BA H.Dip.Ed.(PG) and the new information that I received while doing the TEFL diploma was very interesting, enlightening, and well worth the time and effort spent. I am happy I chose to do the Level 5 TEFL DIPLOMA. I feel it is a worthy addition to my teaching degree. Thank you.
