“Good morning... My experience with i-to-i TEFL has been phenomenal. The support and personal interest taken by the support and academic team of i-to-i is what separates i-to-i from the rest and as a "businesses" in making sure one does not give up and pushes through. i-to-i takes a personal interest and in ensuring each and every individual doing a TEFL course through them, will see it through till the end and this is so much appreciated. I had personal problems and two months after my course had expired and was uncompleted, I was allowed to resume through an extension and received the exact same support that I grew confident in and accustomed to and more. Once again, my complete respect and gratitude for and toward i-to-i !!!”

“I really enjoyed the time I spent working on the Level 5 180h course, it was fun and challenging. The course has a very good layout with plenty of important information one needs to be an effective TEFL teacher with a fundamental understanding on how to manage your class and provide a high quality level of teaching. The staff are very friendly, helpful and know what they are doing! The course outlines all the fundamental information you will need to be able to teach students from young ages and help them succeed in learning English as a secondary language. It has comprehensive information on what is expected from you as a TEFL teacher and highlights a wide variety of methods and activities that you can use for a range of different types of lessons. It has useful information for anticipating and solving difficulties associated with teaching younger students, as well as older students, and focuses on creating a safe learning environment that students will feel comfortable in. It will also help you with implementing your ideas into your lesson in a way that is fun, challenging and fair for students. The assessment criteria for the assignments have a high set of standards but are very fair regarding what is required of the learner to achieve their necessary aims. The feedback was very constructive and detailed. It highlighted all of my shortcomings and was well presented with well structured advice on how to achieve my goals, and was especially helpful in improving on my ability to plan a lesson properly. I truly appreciate the work and effort that my Tutor put into my assessments, as it gave me a clear vision of my level of understanding and it helped me build the confidence I need towards becoming a TEFL teacher. Without a doubt this course will help you along your journey to becoming a fully certified TEFL teacher and achieving your dreams! I can wholeheartedly recommend i-to-i if you want to become a confident and successful TEFL teacher. A big THANK YOU to Tim Keeley and everyone at i-to-i for helping me along my journey! “I just wanted to let you know that you may not necessarily appreciate this response. Nevertheless, Yes, of course, what we send the first time is Never up to standard. I'm absolutely convinced that i-to-i uses the information that we, as students, send to their advantage - using our ideas for your own teaching efforts and to profiteer off of our efforts, regardless of how much we put in – capitalistic greed. I am firmly against much of what i-to-i suggests; however, they seem to enforce dictatorially on their students - "Do or else"...right. I have done five TEFL programs already, and this i-to-i program is by far the worst. I absolutely detest this program and "will" firmly say that I cannot participate in any other courses i-to-i offer and shall convey that message to anyone else I meet, potentially interested in the program. I am so frustrated with this program that I have nothing nice to say. Thanks for nothing. I have exhausted my efforts in trying to convey pleasant messages to the arrogancy of those overseeing students and the leadership in the i-to-I company to no avail; thus, I shall give it back in the manner I perceive the communication that is given in return to us as students. A terrible course to learn how to teach EFL learners. Get rid of the blatant arrogance of personnel instructing the program. Also, please, can students get actual "teachers instead of secondary tutors?" We also expect responses to projects to be in respectable English - no basic spelling or grammatical errors - as is the case with responses I have received, including my last feedback response. And, it is not just because of the British vs. American English spelling differentiation - it is entirely incorrect spelling.”

“I really enjoyed my TEFL course with i-to-i TEFL. The various course contents are well presented, engaging and easy to follow. The assignments take some time to prepare but they are a good preparation for teaching in the future. When I had a question or needed help the support team was very responsive and got back to me very quickly. If looking for a solid TEFL qualification I definitely recommend i-to-i TEFL.”

“I am currently doing the 180 hour TEFL course and although I mostly enjoy it, I do have a few points to make: 1) there is no option to listen to the course via audio file which is not great for people with hearing impairment or those who are just better at perceiving information that way, and punctuation is awful on the site so using text-to-speech app just won't work as well; 2) each section definitely takes more than 1 hour which makes it hard to split your lessons into equal parts (I prefer to only spend 1 hour every other day on the course, and it's impossible for adults who's memory isn't as great as it used to be). Some examples are very outdated and can be perceived as insensitive in our day and age (e.g. as an example of comparison in vocabulary you chose "girls vs boys", well, what if your client is non-binary or trans?).”

Having a full time job and still battling with day to day duties whilst studying they Assisted with everything and gave me all the knowledge I needed in order to be a great TEFL teacher. “This company and the TEFL course I did change my life. The course is so thorough and easy to understand and is a true guide to a successful online teaching career. I have seen others and it doesn't compare. If you want to know which is the best...i-to-i TEFL is without a doubt! The assignments are hard which sets the high standards I prefer. The ultimate resource pack is a must. I am still using it as a reference and a backup since memory fails us sometimes. Customer service at i-to-i TEFL is superb. They are prompt to reply (considering time differences) and have exceeded my expectations every time. I recommend this company with pride and thankfulness.”

“I have had a similar experience to some of the other reviewers. The consultant pressured me into signing up - promising me that there is a 14 day cool off period. It is now only 17 hours since I enrolled, and I am already having trouble logging in. Haven't even seen ANY of the course material because I cannot access it. I really hope that I wasnt just lied to about the cancellation / cool off period, becuase that will put this company right there with other online scammers!”

“This people are just after our money. They'll treat u nicely at the beginning so u can place ur course order. I joined I to I last year November but it was a quick decision cause I didn't want to loose the black Friday sale. I didn't Start downloading anything till mid January n before then I wanted to cancel but I wad told I can't. Now I really wanna cancel as I have no time and money as I'm not working but they won't let me cancel . 7.6 on the TCS and CS say I can cancel but for some reason they said I can't cancel. I trully regret .they say I still have to pay n I only did one unit..I have the right to cancel. Whats worse is that they won't explain all that in the beginning.”
