“I had to get extra support to complete a Business English assignment, due to ongoing work pressures at my College (10-12 hour days!). I worked with Emily to get my assignment correctly focused, and to the required standard. Happy to report that I passed the assignment, so very pleased. A big thank you to Emily for the help. She was excellent and provided all the guidance I needed. First class support.”

“I'm impressed with the service delivered by Sahm. The only problem is I struggle to spell his surname. The course is what I wanted and enjoyed. However, what I got as a suppliment was the patience, sincerety, insight, thorough guidance and much much more. The much more is indeed the fact that he rejuvenated my keenness to continue with the course.... I was about to give up... not because of the TEFL team but circumstances beyond my control. “The most amazing and helpful people I’ve ever dealt with. They really care about their students. I’ve had a few hiccups in my TEFL journey, and i-to-i student support has been there finding solutions for me and offering discounts on extensions. The courses are of a very high standard and have international recognition. I highly recommend i-to-i to anyone looking to earn their TEFL certificate.”

“Although the individual course tutors weren’t great to answer back my queries, Sahm from the academic support team was a great helped and gave me as much assistance as he could. In general the turnaround time for assignment corrections and answers to enquiries was very fast.”

“This Level 5 course is very thorough. Although there are only 3 assignments which count towards the qualification in the core 180 hour course, there are many, many assessments to check that you have absorbed the information, and these have to be completed before you can move on to the next section. The quality of the teaching material is excellent – I would say it was of a comparable standard to that provided by the Open University (which anyone who has taken an OU course will know is high praise). Throughout the course, external sources are also referenced and you are encouraged to research your own material, which is very sensible. The course is interesting, challenging and very enjoyable.”

“I have been doing the TEFL course over some time in between a full time job, volunteering in COVID etc. All the time I have put in was well worth it and I have received excellent academic support on assignments from Sahm ( correct spelling! ) and Emily which I really appreciated. If you are not a teacher but trying something new, it's good to know that academic support is always an e mail away to guide your ideas.”
