This course is the worse TEFL course I have ever taken. The tutor and the customer service just know how to ignore and offend you. They never mark assignments on time, and keep falling others so that those who take the course can pay a fee to redo the assignment again. The content they teach on the platform is nothing just information taken here and there from the internet. I suggest you avoid I-to-i TEFL.

i-to-i TEFL surpassed my expectations. The materials are well-structured and easy to understand with adequate information. The 520 Hours is an intense course but well worth the time on completion. For these reasons, I would recommend i-to-i to anybody looking to venture into the TEFL world.

Do not trust them. They are fake and the content they teach is copied from the internet or they only give tips in lessons. The funnies thing is that you can read their whole course in 4 hours. They fail students on purpose. If you read this, please do not book a course with them as the tutor makes a lot of mistakes when providing feedback and never provides the same standards. Do not trust them.

0 STARS 🌟 Please be wary when choosing I to I Tefl. They have an excellent course, however the marking process and the markers leave a terrible taste behind. I’ve paid for 2 extensions to the course only to be dragged on by the markers endlessly. My last feedback was the exact same as the previous showing that the tutor hadn’t even glanced at my assignment after the corrections were made. The lady at the call centre is rude and unhelpful. I’d recommend speaking with Ben if you’re able to get hold of him, if he hasn’t left the institution at this point but an absolute waste of time, energy and money. The email customer service system is no different I still haven’t received any help and they forwarded my complaints about the marker directly to her instead of resolving the issue and continually reply back with “the markers are inundated with marking please be patient” I am a day short of 2 weeks post submission.

They wil start deducting money from your account without your approval. You wont be able to stop the payment or delete your card. They just steal your money and you cant do anything about it

I registered for the course then read the bad reviews and also because of personal reasons. Then cancelled with them via the tutor, Luke. Now they have taken a debit order. I never registered my password nor used their course material. This is FRAUD!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE AND THEFT. I WILL NEVER REFER THEM TO ANYONE. Now the inconvenience of getting a refund. This organization should be shut down!!!!! I have had the same issue and i have been waiting for my refund for the past 3 months

It is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Do not waste your money here. I purchased the 180 hr course and every time they failed me just to get money off the "retake fee". I asked for some kind of refund and no justice was served. Would not recommend this course doesn't even deserve a star.

The course is great, the support is greater! I am already teaching abroad and I regularly use what I learnt in this course to manage my class and lesson plans. Better yet, the team of people behind this course are amazing! I got extremely ill in the middle of my course and when I contacted support they were kind and understanding. They put my course on hold for me, so I could recover and come back to complete my advanced diploma in due time. I am forever grateful for all their help.

Mu husband is extremely frustrated with his i-toi course as well! He feels like the tutors marking the assignments are extremely harsh with their feedback. He spent alot of time correcting what they asked him to but it doesn't seem goo enough. He specifically chose this academy because they assured him he'll pass but now we discover they want you to keep paying more money for remarking failed assignments. They are not very clear on what they want you to correct on your assignments. They also take extremely long to get back to you! This has been a horrible experience and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I am currently enrolled and I can quite honestly say, it has been nothing but problems dealing with I-TO-I. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It takes weeks to get replies via email. if you phone the only response is "ok I will take it up with the relevant department." you will never receive a callback... It will take the tutor weeks and weeks to mark your assignments, so you can't actually move on with your work for weeks. I've honestly had the most dreadful experience trying to get my TEFL through I-to-I. I wouldn't recommend this platform to anyone. For the price you pay, it is 100% not worth it. Very poorly run company and very unhelpful and unfriendly staff. It will constantly feel like they are running away with your money. A friend of mine who is also doing the course has waited over 3 weeks for them to issue her certificate... Just don't do this. For your own sanity, go through a different company. Useless.

Customer service is beyond dreadful !! tutors don't mark the courses within the given time frames !! They deliberately delay marking so that you have to pay for a course extension !! would not recommend to anyone

A very good learning platform. It is very detailed but presented in a clear and logical order. There is a lot of support provided by the team as well. I have enjoyed all of the courses I have undertaken over the past two years.

SCAMMERS!!!! IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO (0). DO NOT SIGN UP WITH i-to-i, I REPEAT, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. RATHER DO THE COURSE WITH ESL TEACHER RECORD AND IT IS FREE. YOU CAN ALSO APPLY FOR JOBS THERE. RUN ,RUN,RUN AWAY FROM i-to-i, Go through their reviews and see more.

They say you have three free attempt on your course. That is a lie. They over do their feedback. I as a teacher see is it as unnecessary over doing with their feedback and when you change what they ask and still wrong. Than you pau for the last attempt all of the sudden. This site is not recommended. They only looking for perfection people to pass not those who is trying their best if this was the only option for them to maybe get a job. I WILL NEVER recommend anyone to them. And support call is never available. They may have sale on the course but still steal money so you pay extra to pass no matter how much your course was.

I HAVE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH i-to-i TEFL. I CANCELED WITHIN THE 14 DAYS OF REGISTERING AND THEN A COUNTER OFFER WAS THEN SUGGEESTED, HOWEVER I WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE OFFER AND WHEN I ASKED, I WAS NOT TOLD , I DID NOT ACCEPT THE COUNTER OFFER AS I DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT ENTAILED AND THEN THE NEXT THING I KNEW, MY MONEY WAS STOLEN. STOLEN BECAUSE I DID NOT ACCEPT THE OFFER, I HAD CANCELED1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HOLD OF THEM BUT NO LUCK FOR MORE THAN 2 WEEKS NOW. IF YOU HAVENT REGISTERED , PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, RATHER DO THE COURSE FOR FREE WIL ESL TEACHERS RECORD. NO WONDER THERE ARE SUCH BAD REVIEWS.

I've experienced an appalling level of incompetence. Attempts to seek assistance have been futile as I'm thrown between examiners without any meaningful support. The feedback provided is utterly unclear, making it impossible for me to learn or progress. Despite repeated efforts, I continue to fail a single assignment, obstructing my certification. Even leaving a review yielded no result; their response was a dismissive redirect to customer service, which in turn led to a dead end. It's an outdated and dysfunctional system that not only impedes learning but blatantly neglects to acknowledge or rectify its own failures.

Well I think I a brilliant job with my assignments, after having me do them over and over. I then received a congratulations you've pass L5. From a Ms. Rachel Williams. Then got a call from Mr. Sahm. He told me that he could not give me the L5 programme as passed. The thing that amazes me the most is that all the time, I always received a call back from the team. When it cam to getting a JOB assistance, suddenly the Academy is not allowed to make outgoing calls anymore. No one calls back or assist with emails. I was told about purchasing a resource package. No one has heard of it. TEFL tutors ask me what's a resource package. May I get some assistance please.

Poor customer service and am absolute lack of care. We are paying a price to recieve tutor support throughout the course. Otherwise the rest of the course content could have been obtained for free online. I feel like I have been scammed by these people. They take over a week to mark an assignment, then when the assignment is rejected twice they take a retake fee which you have to pay by calling them up. which takes up more precious time. Then they failed to see that I had already paid the retake fee and had me waiting an additional week to receive news that "you need to pay the fee". This is utter disgusting behaviour from this company. Mind you the changes needed to be made were so simple and easy to check it's a wonder why it takes a week to mark. I definitely will not recommend the course to anyone!
