A couple years ago I completed the 120 TEFL course. I wanted to get back into some more courses to up my qualifications, but saw on the site that some of the courses changed as well as level options. I made a call and spoke with Gemma James, who was exceedingly patient with me over multiple phone calls and really took the time to explain the new packages, the new level 5 certification, course contents and how that related to the courses I had purchased previously. She assembled several option suggestions for me from most cost effective to the most time effective, so we found the packages that worked best for me. Also, due to my crazy schedule and laptop issues, she was able to extend and freeze my courses so I can start them when I’m ready and not have to be stressed out about getting them done in time. Big thanks again to Gemma for all her time, help and patience and helping me get back into the TEFL scene with i-to-i!

Hello I am registered for the Diploma Course, since 2019. I've recently extended it as I have not completed it. I received a lot of useful advice from Gemma James and am truly impressed with that. I am very impressed with the online course software and have found the academic support team knowledgeable and helpful. Just one suggestion, I would find a word search facility in the software useful.

I have completed my Level 5 300-hour TEFL Diploma sometime ago, which was brilliantly laid out and I got to study at my own pace. It is full of resources and examples, and the feedback on assignments is always thorough. After being really satisfied with the qualification and teaching I received from i-to-i, I got in touch with the student support team to inquire about upgrading myself further by converting to the 420-hour Advanced Diploma. I was helped by Gemma, who also helpfully temporarily froze the course for me upon request so that I may undertake it in the summer, because as a university student I'm very busy during term-time! I'm very excited about continuing to train with i-to-i; their student support is fantastic and the resources available certainly help to give new teachers a head-start when first entering the world of TEFL!

This was a very enjoyable course. The only thing I would like different, is to receive an actual percentage for assignments so you know if you have just scraped through with 75 or if you have done very well with 95.

The process of purchasing a course from i-to-i TEFL is so easy! Gemma was online in the morning and a week later in the evening, ready to answer questions and give advice. I have just enrolled for my third course on i-to-i and their support is truly special. Thank you i-to-i and Gemma!

I was unsure about taking the Business English Course, but after speaking to Gemma, who allowed all my questions and answered them with patience and solid information, I felt comfortable enrolling. Unfortunately I had unfinished work projects and needed to apply all my attention to successfully complete them - again Gemma was most helpful and advised that we can freeze the course until I am ready to start. Wow! Thank you, Gemma, for just making my life so much easier with your fantastic client service!

5 * to Jenny who provided feedback to my first assignment attempt! I had missed 2 elements in my lesson plan and she found them! I was happy, someone had indeed put a lot of effort to read my paper! The second attempt was the winning with straight to the point comments. For those who believe that these are easy tasks and assignments...forget it! Keep up the good work!
