What an amazing support structure. Best support. Would recommend this learning platform to absolutely everyone out there. Great job! The team at I-to-I TEFL really motivated me in finishing and sticking with my course. I am very ADHD and managed to complete my tasks and assignments with ease of their continues support. Thank you for helping in my new journey in life. What an amazing adventure it has been so far.

Initially I had a good experience with the company. Very friendly salesperson over the phone and everything was explained well enough to me. The course content was terrific and engaging - I want to stress I don't have a problem with that. My issue comes from customer service during the course. I got rather ill during the time I was enrolled on the course and was unable to complete it. I had spoken via the live chat and asked about a refund policy (I had in my terms of conditions a clause where if I failed I could get a refund). This was shot down by the live chat and a screenshot of 'updated' terms and conditions, which conflicted with mine. The woman was very friendly about all of this, but insisted that I must be wrong. So, I'm out of pocket an unfortunate amount of money, and no qualification to show for it. Again, like I said, content fantastic, customer care...not so good.

Just finished the Level 5 420- hr Diploma. I have a BA in English already, a Graduate Certificate in Education and classroom teaching experience, and thought I knew it all. I was disabused of this assumption from the very first assignment. This course is intensive, comprehensive and well programmed. They cover all the bases so thoroughly and insightfully- and the tutors are the real deal… so helpful in their comments . I would recommend this course to anyone. I am a better educator, will be a great teacher for the wealth of knowledge I got from I-to-I. Thank you, tutors, customer service team, everyone at i-to-i . Can’t say enough good things…

I have been a University Lecturer in South Africa, lecturing Engineering Surveying to black African students for 40 years. When I retired, I decided to take on a whole new career path and a friend recommended i-i , after which I registered for, and obtained the 180-hour TEFL Level 5 Certificate. I subsequently registered for, and have just completed the 420-hour TEFL Advanced Diploma. With my academic background I have no hesitation in acclaiming i-to-i for the advice and continuing reinforcement they have given me throughout my studies. Every time I needed assistance from them they have succeeded in "putting the student first" - an essential component of successful Teaching and Learning.

The customer service is terrible and not reliable at all. They tell you that they will fix your problems after chatting with them but they will barely attend to that. I am so disappointed in the customer service.

The support is dismal and I had technical problems often. Trying to reach anyone in charge us impossible. I seriously do not recommend this company.

I enjoyed the program and the training. However, I was quite disappointed by their customer service. There was a serious lack of communication. I didn't know that my program expired 24 hours before I expected it to. I didn't realize that I even HAD a tutor until the end of the program. And then my tutor didn't respond to my email until days later and his response failed to clarify my questions!

Very professionally presented. The course is concise, full of information, extra reading and tips. This was exactly what I was hoping for. The feedback on assignments is indepth, and clear. I enjoyed the course immensely and i am so glad I chose this company to work through. 😊

To whom this may concern, I have had nothing but the Best in the form of support, both academically and mentally, in that i-to-i makes one feel that this course is not done until it's done, that it can be done and pretty much will be done, by you, the student, even if it takes two years or more. i-to-i has shown that me and every other student of TEFL will be and is supported right up until completion of the course, TEFL. This, with the latest and most up to date and extremely well-versed information and requirements needed to become a qualified and confidently, well certified TEFL teacher. Many thanks again to i-to-i for an amazing experience thus far!

I very much enjoyed the course, even more so the longer it got. The tutors' feedback and help was amazing. I think the course is laid out very well and it teaches all the aspects of English teaching. Thanks very much for the experience.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with the TEFL internship program that you have offered me. I-to-I has misled me regarding the terms of the internship, which has resulted in me spending a significant amount of money on a program that was misrepresented. Although I do not have a degree, I was told that I could work as an intern in a province of my choice in Thailand for three months and then extend my internship every three months after that. After paying approximately £1400 for the TEFL course and the internship, I was told that I could not extend the internship and had to leave Thailand. This has affected me personally as I wanted to be placed in Udon Thani to be with my partner long term. I feel that I have been misled, and this is unacceptable. I am happy to pay for the TEFL course; however, I want a partial refund for the internship. I was not told at the point of raising the issue that it was non-refundable. I believe that I have the right to get a partial refund, and it should not be denied to me. Moreover, I am disappointed with the communication from I-to-I. The information provided to me was misleading and false, and the lack of communication throughout the process has resulted in me feeling let down and stressed about my situation. I understand that there are other options available to acquire a TEFL qualification through Groupon for a fraction of the cost. I-to-I's actions have demonstrated a lack of care and attention towards its customers. Therefore, I would like to ask for a full refund for the TEFL course and the internship.
