“I love their wallpaper it’s a good price I must admit I only have samples At the moment and they did take quite a long while to get to me which I think Should be improved especially if you are waiting to wallpaper your walls. The samples I got were of good quality and size and i do like them so maybe I will Use this company.”

“Very good quality, i will be ordering full rolls as soon as I can make my mind up which one to have as I like all 4 samples I purchased. Plenty of colours and styles to choose from. Quick delivery too.”

“Placed my order but didn't get it on time, emailed to chase up. My query was dealt with swiftly and in the end received my wallpaper. Am so happy with how its looking. Will definately order from this site”

“Order black and white wallpaper as search on website indicated that the wallpaper was. When arrived it was beige and black. Rang to complain - Laura in Customer Services not interested in my comments. Rather rude emails. Do not order wallpaper from this site. You can not guarantee the colour is as stated. Asked for a collection as advertised wrongly. Advised to pay to return - final answer. Paid £5.00 for a return which I would not have done if advertised correctly. BE WARNED”

“avoid!! Ordered wallpaper and it came looking nothing like the one shown online now if I want to send it back it’s going to cost £14 postage it’s false advertising and now I’m stuck with it I’m not putting it up because it’s awful it’s supposed to be rose gold and is white and gold”

“customer service is rubbish bought wallpaper after taking sample got home opened roll found it several shades lighter than sample took paper back paper that was rite colour was found but was told I had to pay another £22 99 they could not take open roll back next day saw manager Miriam again after she had spoken to area manager allice she also would not take back open roll, even though they could have used as sample roll but the funny thing is I got refund of unopened roll which is another one of the very strict rules so the company lost£22 99 as well as myself. my daughter has decided not to buy from you she has a new house, that is a loss of probably hundreds so stupid when every one could have been happy .I will be taking this futher”

“I ordered the python wallpaper. Absolutely loved it. Love the quick delivery service. I ordered too many rolls and sent some back and was refunded so quickly I was very impressed! Absolutely loved the service. I disagree a lot with the other comments xx will defo use again”

“As a professional decorator I’d refuse in future to work with paper supplied by I love wallpaper. The issues we had both in quality and to hang were beyond anything we have experienced in all the wallpapers we have hung in the past. The paper had marks on, parts of the patterned foil were miscoloured. The paper (following all manafacturers guidelines) shrunk in places with inconsistent pattern matching I’m convinced due to misguided soaking times on the instructions. In future as a company we will refuse to work with wallpaper from here. Luckily we have very trusting, sympathetic clients who have seen our work in their home and know our standard. We Will avoid at all costs in future... it will now cost us a company both time and money and disruption and cost to a lovely family who brought the paper in good faith. Very unhappy.”
