“Excellent customer service. Although I ordered using next day delivery (1-2 days) on the Tuesday, the courier company didn't deliver my items and despite being chased by I love Wallpaper, they failed to deliver the following day (Thursday). I had arranged for the wallpaper to be hung on the Friday, but was able to re-arrange to the Saturday. After being chased again by I love Wallpaper, the courier company finally delivered at 18.10 on the Friday. However, I love Wallpaper had kindly dispatched another order for arrival on the Saturday in case the courier company didn't deliver the original package. I was very happy as I was able to have the wallpaper hung, which looks really great. Thank you for all your help!”

“we had looked at many places for wallpaper including some of the big stores but we then found I love wallpaper and the service is excellent always able to find what we want and already recommended them to friends and family”

“I was really impressed with the service and range. I wanted a floral pattern and was desperate for the bargain sample I ordered to be just right. I am not sure it is, but it was a fab price and may fit in somewhere.”

“I purchased two samples of brick design paper. Did not like the shiney 'foil' effect of the samples....how many shiney brick walls are there really? Purchased elsewhere where the brick paper was matt and had a slightly raised embossed effect giving it a more realistic look.”
