“My order didn’t arrive so I couldn’t arrange for a decorator. Contacted them and they arranged for them to be sent again. Not yet used it as have to wait for decorator to be free”

“I made 5 separate orders over the space of the month as we kept running out of paper due to the pattern repeat. The website is easy to shop but the paper was mid range priced but very poor to apply to the walls! One order arrived really quickly, the others took longer and then one didn’t come at all so I rang up after paying next day delivery and not receiving any tracking or parcel the day it should have arrived to be told that there was an issue with the ordering system and it had gone through with payment taken but the order hadn’t been sent to the warehouse so wasn’t actually coming! I was refunded the next day delivery charge and received the order 3 days later. 1 roll we received was marked all the way though but we still used it as furniture would be covering the area it was marked on and like stated before there was a lot of waste due to pattern repeat.”

“Good experience. Quick delivery. Quality wallpaper. Only criticism, we had a roll left over but decided it wasn’t worth sending back for a refund as it costs so much to mail back.”

“A dozen rolls of Otis Geometric Wallpaper in various colours. Quality is very poor, it tears far too easily and the pattern comes off eg when you put very little pressure on. Eg hanging a clock or picture. It looks lovely if you don’t look closely. If we had a car we would have returned it all, so much wasted and so difficult to work with. I do not recommend at all.”
