“I had 2 different samples of panel effect wallpaper, the samples were far to small as the pattern is large you I could not see the full effect of the paper, very disappointing”

I'm sorry to hear your unhappy with the samples ordered from us, samples are cut to a specific size and as they're primarily for colour & texture purposes it's not always possible you will receive a sample showing the full design. “The delivery time was good but the wallpaper itself was very poor quality I’m a professional decorator but despite my best efforts the paper tore & snagged easily as well as stretching! The edges curled up as soon as the paste was applied even though it was mixed to the right standard & I would say it was as poor quality as Laura Ashley wallpaper (decorators around the country will know what I mean by that) overall I’m very unhappy with this product!”

“I was a roll short when papering bedroom walls and had to reorder. The service was very quick which allowed me to get the room finished without a long delay. Thankyou so much I will definitely use your company again”

“Looks lovely. Wallpaper is quite thin so be careful if in a busy area of the house, to stop slight tears and scratches. Overall, good communication through delivery via emails. No issues.”
