“I ordered and paid for a sample on Sunday, hoping it would be here on Tuesday. It didn't arrive until Wednesday. I know it's only one day difference but when your working for a client on a fast turn around project, one day really makes a difference. Sample was fine when it arrived.”

“Giving you the benefit of the doubt I will not give you a poor rating Although I was annoyed when samples arrived,there was no postage on envelope,which meant l had to travel 8 miles to sorting office to pick up letter and pay 1.10p postage and 1.00p handling charge,it was not so much the cost but the time taken to retrieve letter.”

“I think that having to pay for a sample when you might go on to pay a large sum for wallpaper is not great customer service. And the wall paper was basically metallic which I don't think was shown by the picture or description.”

“Very prompt service. Only complaint I would have is the packaging of the product which I felt was very poor. Box was very flimsy and when arrived the bottom was almost falling apart and the edges of most of the rolls of paper were slightly damaged. Hoping that this will not affect the hanging of the paper”

“Packet arrived, paid £5.95 for postage and the postage label was £2.60..not sure what the other £3.35 was for, because it wasn't the packaging! Opened up the borders and when I took them out of their wrappings, the label has been glued to the border itself, so when we tried to peel it off gently it ripped. This happened with the next two rolls. Plus point - border is exactly what we needed and has been a hit. Pictures don't do it justice, much better in the "flesh".”

“Really pleased with the price and speed of delivery, however I ordered wallpaper paste with my order which was missing. I emailed the same day asking for it to be forwarded to me, as yet I have not had a reply.”

“We needed 2 rolls but purchased 3 to make sure. It proved to be the correct decision as on 2 of the rolls there was red print splashes which meant lots of waste. We just about had enough for the one feature wall in our bedroom. The quality control process seems to be very poor for this to happen. Other than this problem everything else with my purchase was fine. Clive Scott.”

“The delivery of my sample was very prompt which was very good. Getting a sample was extremely important because having got it the colours do not look anything like those on the sample on the website!! I think I would have appreciated that, say, the first 3 samples could be free and that would have encouraged me to get some more.”

“I thought this paper would have been nice and shimmery like in the pictures but it's not. It only has a slight shimmer on the twigs which are bronze in colour not gold. Just doesn't give my living room the wow effect I wanted.”

“First timer with ilovewallpaper, I really like the wallpaper and was what I expected but I was very unimpressed with the state my items arrived in. The box was ripped to pieces with the rolls of wallpaper and invoice all hanging out. I didnt even have to open the box at all I could just take the items out. Very bad!!”

“I was pleased to receive part of my order swiftly. The main wallpaper that i ordered is now discontinued, but there was no communication to tell me this prior to dispatch. Paperwork inside stated refund, will need to check with my bank for reassurance.”

“wallpaper arrived in average delivery time which was fine the actual wallpaper linda barkers serenity in black and grey has lots of bare bits and marks throughout which you dont find until you have opened i had to cut huge piece away to hide worst of it. other bits i wil cover with pictures clocks etc,,, but expect better quality ecpecially from an interior designer she put her name to it so it represents her. wouldn't buy this again too many lines and splats of non colour randomly dotted about. have bought other papers from here though and it is lovely and gets commented on everytime i open the door.”
