“I had to order another fill of wall paper as I got 4 strips from 1 and o my 3 strips from the other roll . I ordered you wallpaper paste & it dried before I got it to the wall I had to keep reapplying and when it dried it sealed at the top and bottom but opened at the middle of the joining as the paste didn’t seem strong enough to stick it together right …. I’m currently trying to sort this problem out as I will not be buy more rolls of paper when it’s your paste that really didn’t work as a wall paper paste. ( it was moved as re instructions on the packet ).”

“Bought the wallpaper, and it arrived 3 days later, excellent seller, very professional with no problem whatsoever, wallpaper very well packaged, a very simple transaction, and the wallpaper itself is beautiful, haven’t put it up yet, but exactly as it looks online. Very happy from start to finish”

“My package was left in the garden as opposed to being left with a neighbour or redelivered and no tracking service was available so I had to chase to find out why the package was late. The response was that after less that a month the driver could not recall how the delivery was made and Covid (October 2021) was cited as the reason why the package was not hand delivered. this is a shame because the designs are good, but this level of ambivalent customer service is unacceptable, dishonest and untrustworthy. I am still chasing for resolution.”

“They posted the wall paper swiftly but it was the worse quality paper EVER, it creased it ripped it’s so thin, avoid the marble paper I’m gutted as I had planned to do another wall with it but I’m going to look else where”
