“Whenever our theatre in Durham needs a "feature" wall or something special for the stage sets I always look at "I love wallpaper" first. The choice is amazing. Good quality, excellent prices and a fist class delivery service. I have used every, style, colour and pattern including a few of the "murals" . Always asked afterward where I get them from.”

“Wallpaper nothing like picture .always order samples .at least u see wat ur getting .before u waste time and money getting paper from here .I opened a roll couldnt believe how different it was to picture.not looking forward to finding out the cost of refunding too rolls of paper as 3 was opened so not sending it bk .wouldnt recommend buying from here with ordering samples first.”

“Ordered 3 striped wallpaper, meant to be rose gold, pink and blush and recieved white, ivory and a dull gold. I had to get one out of the packaging as I could comprehend that the colour was so wrong so wanted to get it into a brighter room and gave it the benefit of the doubt. No it was completely wrong and thought maybe I had been sent a bad batch! The guy on the phone said yeah it is a bit lighter but it's all about lighting, in some lights it looks pinker. No, actually i the wallpaper advertised is so edited that the actual wallpaper looks nothing like it. 3 rolls and a pot of paint put £7 for delivery and an absolute waste of my time and money. Told the rolling got out would not be refunded despite the fact that I only got it out because i couldn't comprehend that I would be sent out something so completely different to what I ordered so I had to see of it was as wrong as it looked, because surely it couldn't be? Well it is. Send back at my own cost too. How much will I be down by the time I've had my pot of paint and 2 rolls of wallpaper weighed to be sent plus the loss of delivery in the first place for a terrible product plus the roll that wont be refunded. Wish I had seen these reviews! This company be investigated! Below are images of what I got and what I should have had!”

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Wish I had seen their low score beforehand. Don't respond to emails or other online communication. Had to call to be answered by the supposed Call Centre Manager - it must be a room of about 3 people as although she said they were extremely busy, I wasnt even put into a queue - it was like ringing a friend’s landline!! Ordered wallpaper which came rolled the incorrect way so instead of being able to drop roll and hang - roll would have needed to be unrolled completely and re-rolled or cut and then turned around in order to hang. Wasn't clear until wallpaper had been hung that it was the wrong way around. Company states not their issue and refused to help. Also told I'm unable to escalate my query any further. Cowboys working out of a living room by the sounds of it!!!”

“If I could 0 I would. Made a order of £70 and none of the wallpaper looked like it should of, the mustard wallpaper was bright yellow and the olive green was lime green, tried to return with I had to pay for, which was £10.70 filled out the paperwork for a REFUND and all they have done is send the wallpaper back. I'll never order from here again if rather pay more in a shop.”

“I find it absolutely disgraceful that you charge £17.99 delivery for 2 rolls of wallpaper that only cost £10 each. I have bought quite a lot of wallpaper from yourselves previously and was never charged this price. At least Dick Turban wore a mask...very unhappy ex customer”

“Ordered the Lochs Dragonfly wallpaper. Looked lovely until hung, then discovered it showed every seam despite the pattern perfectly matched. It also gave the illusion of every strip looking a different shade even though it came from the same roll. Had to take it all off. Sent back the unused rolls and received a refund on those, but don’t hold out any hope of refund on the used rolls. Cut our losses and bought different paper from B&Q warehouse. These are perfect. Lesson for us, never buy online wallpaper. Totally out of pocket, postage very expensive to receive and return”

“False adverting: Item advertised as 2 pieces for £14.00, only received 1. Complained directly, they advised they know it is falsely advertised and refused to send the 2nd role. The worst customer service I have ever experience”

“10 days still no wallpaper. Replacement not sent when due apparently they called me on a wrong number ( just to add to the delay ) never had such long delivery or issues on line. Wouldn't order again as you have to book decorators / carpets / blind fitter etc all to be delayed until i can rebook them again ! So disappointed.”
