“Overall I love wallpaper has been good until they sent one roll of wallper which has a different pattern number. Our decorator came that day as it was the only day he could come and I paid for next day delivery so it would be here. Because of this mistake by I love wallpaper we wasted his time and our urgent decorating got pushed back. They did send another roll the next day but that is not good enough. We should have had a refund of that roll also with an apology”

“With £1 per sample and postage it turns out to be expensive to order samples. So I was quite limited to order my samples. I found it easier to go to DIY shop and get as many as I want for free.”

“Found what I was looking for easily and at a great price. Online estimator was excellent and check out easy. Lack of communication since I placed my order has been a problem. 4 working days and no e mail to confirm dispatch, so left wondering just when will my wallpaper turn up.”

“The sample you sent me didn't even show the pattern .It showed two halve flowers and one flower head not enough of sample to get any idea what it may look like. Very disappointed .”

“The wall paper seems very good quality, but the bag of paste was unwanted, and I removed it from the shopping cart, but It was still added and charged for.....!!!”

Hi Andrew, Firstly, thanks a lot for your order! Very sorry for any confusion regarding the adhesive. This product actually comes completely free. “Service was very efficient. However, the samples I sent for looked utterly different from the pictures on the website and I will not be purchasing any of them. I would possibly buy from this company in the future though, as the service was very good.”

“ordered 4 rolls of paper expensive paper used the calculator but ended up two drops short had to pay another 6pound postage they said you get paste free with the paper i didnt cost me a lot of money for 5 rools of paper local shop for me next time”

“For despatch and delivery the service is 10/10 "Very Good". However, the quality of wallpaper is extremely disappointing. It is almost photocopy paper like quality, which will not survive for more than 6 months "Very Poor". The overall score of "Normal" is based on product and its service.”

“Overall pleased with this border easy to put up and measure like most borders, very pretty design and colours my daughters loved the design. My only criticism is not of the product but of the delivery, they were sent only in a plastic delivery bag no box or packaging therefore I had a couple of slightly damaged rolls but luckily I had ordered enough to cover the walls with a little extra to spare!!!!”
