“As a customer what is really appreciated was your prompt response to my queries . Your ongoing communication via email when my order was dispatched gave me reassurance that my order was progressing as planned. However your service to overseas customers could be improved by including the currency difference in the final cost of the order before payment . It was not until I received my order that I found out the total cost which included the euro/sterling difference .”
