“First timer with ilovewallpaper, I really like the wallpaper and was what I expected but I was very unimpressed with the state my items arrived in. The box was ripped to pieces with the rolls of wallpaper and invoice all hanging out. I didnt even have to open the box at all I could just take the items out. Very bad!!”

“The service is excellent and the wallpaper is of good quality but the specific designs I wanted were not at realistic as I thought they'd be ie; bricks etc... Very good despatching time too.so customer service top marks.”

“I love your wallpapers! I want to buy loads, but as I've redecorated the whole house I already have! Due to cat damage - scratching wallpaper - I have to replace some in the hall, called you and confirmed you had more on Saturday - and received extra rolls on Tuesday! Perfect :0) I think you are good value, have stylish quality wallpaper, and provide excellent customer service. Job done - thank you til next time :0) A very satisfied customer.”

“I ordered the wall paper but was not given a delivery date at time of order. I tried to track the order but was unable to do this through the website. Five days later finally found the consignment purely by chance delivered to Flexseal sitting in the mail room because my name was not assigned to the delivery address. Poor purchase order processing/customer satisfaction. Very poor show. regards.”

“You had just the wallpaper I was looking for for my teenage boy at a very good price. Delivery was very quick. I would however like to suggest that you contemplate to adding decor items to match such as curtains etc to complete the look.”
