“I purchased a sample, that cost £1.58 with postage. (The whole roll only costs £9.95) and yet the sample I received is useless. The main colour that I wanted to compare with the room isn't even on the sample sent. I will not be buying wallpaper from you I will go back to the local wallpaper shop and give them my custom.”

“when my sample arrived is not of the full pattern, so I can not tell what the overall look will be. I would have at least expected to receive a full pattern worth. I do get an idea of colour, but that is about all.”
