“They cancelled my order and left me with no refund, after I paid for my paper, they said I had not contacted them about how to proceed, I’d checked out and paid.. so I’d like the paper! They say they emailed me but they have not. Be prepared for them to cancel your order and leave you at the last minutes with no paper!”

“Quick delivery of sample and wallpaper. I love the pattern but wallpaper thin and tore easy. Decorator not happy”

“I loved the wallpaper samples I had ordered. When I went to buy the paper I had chosen from the samples, the website was offering free UK delivery which was great. Unfortunately when I went to check out I was being charged £11.99 for delivery as I live in Northern Ireland, which last time I looked was part of the UK! I therefore sourced the wallpaper elsewhere.”

Thank you for taking time to leave this review. We are always looking to reduce the courier rates charged but unfortuantly at this time certain areas such as NI, Highlands and Islands are at a premium with the courier reflected in this. Kindest regards, Thomas Ilovewallpaper

“The wallpaper was very thin when pasted and ripped when trying to put on walls we decided to remove it and buy a different one that was ok”

“This is my second purchase from I live wallpaper which speaks volumes as I never return to sellers where I am unhappy with the service or quality of the products. The customer service and outstanding quality of the wallpapers is amazing. And as the range continues to grow I’m considering one if the stunning murals which are now available. I think we will run out of walls before I run out of products to choose.”

“After receiving samples I placed an order the wallpaper arrived well packaged and quickly the paper ordered was not the dearests but was good quality and looked great when hung will order again”

“Fast delivery Love the paper on the wall But......such thin paper, ripped so easily, stretchy, and when you was moving in about to match the colour was coming off the paper!! So wouldnt be using this paper again”

“Will NOT be ordering from here again. £18 per roll, bought 5 and each strip of wall paper has a white line along the edge that I can't get rid of. Never had a problem with any other wall paper I've had in this room. It will have to make do as I can't afford new yet but I'm disgusted. Won't be ordering here again.”
