“Ordered 4 samples for upcycling project. All posted out folded up so totally ruined and can’t use. Phoned up, most awful customer service ever...no apology, nothing offered, just “that’s the way we send them”. Not using again, even for full rolls due to appalling attitude. 🤦‍♀️😡”

“One of the paper samples was lovely but the 2nd one was the wrong one as I did not like it on the website so I would never have ordered it. Other than that it was okay”

“Ordered the Milan silver wallpaper. The sample seemed ok, but when it came to hanging the quality of paper was shocking, it tore so easily! Couldn't use a Stanley knife on it for edges at all as it just ripped, and it had blue markings on it. Overpriced for what it was...can get much better quality at b&q!!! Beware!”

“Not put wallpaper up yet but great service. Quick free delivery. I paid for delivery because I didn't enter free delivery code.. got in touch with the company and they put the cost back into my account.. very happy with the service 😁👍”

“Not the colour I was expecting and looks like a bad quality print on close inspection. Horrendous to put up, non of the patterns truely lined up. Took about 5 times longer than a good quality paper to put up. Having said this, now it is finally up I don't hate the look of it, just not the white seams where the paper stretched out of line and overlapped. I just couldn't put my self through that process again, would not purchase any further paper from the company and would not recommend. Highly unfortunate as some of the other papers look really good no screen.”

“Paper arrived within couple of days great, I also ordered 3 tins of paint only 1 came spoke to two different people to chase up delivery both told me that it would be delivered separately Eventually after not receiving it for over a week I called again spoke to a nice guy on the phone who told me it had been returned damaged and issued 2 new tins next day delivery. 5* to him. Bit miffed that no one informed me of the damaged tins, how long would I have waited if I didn’t call................”

“Normally I would give a 5 rating but I waited two weeks for my two samples which I purchased and while I am waiting for them a promotion comes on offering 3 free samples which I think should have applied to mine seeing I waited so long for them to arrive.Apart from that I love this site!”
