“For despatch and delivery the service is 10/10 "Very Good". However, the quality of wallpaper is extremely disappointing. It is almost photocopy paper like quality, which will not survive for more than 6 months "Very Poor". The overall score of "Normal" is based on product and its service.”

“Was a bit dubious buying wallpaper online but there was such little choice in the shops I stumbled across "I love wallpaper" by mistake. I found a lovely paper which was a great price it was reduced from £16.99 to £8.79 per roll. when buying on line you cannot feel the quality so again a bit dubious. Also ordered paste, a brush and a scraper. I received an email next day saying it had been despatched, very quick service, but Fedex did not deliver it until the next week, totally my fault if I had bothered to read postage terms i would have seen that I could have paid £1 extra for next day delivery. A very nice man on the phone explained to me. Anyway wallpaper arrived and it was beautiful, really thick lovely wallpaper, very good quality. I have just this minute finished decorating and my family have been round and were all very impressed, my bedroom looks beautiful, it looks really much more expensive and very classy. I must also praise the wallpaper paste Bartoline adhesive, i have never heard it but took a chance, it sticks beautifully and gives you lots of room to slide the paper without ripping. I will definitely be using "I love Wallpaper" in the future and so will my family. Thank you very much.”

“Absolutely Shocking!!! Poor quality wallpaper that looked nothing like the picture!!!!!! Ordered a shimmer wallpaper that was dull grey and cheap and tacky!!!!! Cost me £9 to send it back and company won't refund return delivery due to it been an unwanted item!!! Unwanted because it was absolute rubbish!!!!!! First time of ordering wallpaper online and will most certainly me the last!!!!!!!”
