“Fabulous choice of wallpaper and great website. My only criticism is that I was sent an email offering free delivery over a particular weekend so I decided to place an order following the link. I wrongly presumed that the discount would be automatically applied, but it wasn't. By the time I had realised, it was too late. I immediately sent an email requesting a refund of the delivery charge. An email arrived the following morning stating that a refund would not be made as the code should have been entered at the time of ordering. This has made me feel less likely to order from them again as I don't feel valued as a customer. I do feel that this company is a little inflexible as they also state quantities and colours etc. cannot be changed once ordered as they are so quick despatching orders. As they don't appear to work over the weekend maybe they could be a little more tolerant of order changes placed in a Saturday or Sunday, so long as the order was amended before opening time on Monday.”

“I am really happy with the whole experience, the paper I chose was beautiful and it was quick delivery. I did have an issue with the wallpaper that was delivered but their customer service was excellent and this was resolved promptly. I would definitely recommend!”

“The service was very quick and I received my samples the next day. I was dubious as to the quality of the wallpapers as the prices were a lot less than I expected to pay but I am very impressed. I will be putting in an order soon.”
