“Genuinely a awful non customer centric company, murals are not worth its money, mine had pixel print issues as soon as I unwrapped just the top area and Laura who claims she is a customer service manager needs to be re trained. Emails responses astonishing and very defensive. If you want aftercare this is not the place to purchase there are so many customer centric and places to purchase from and this definitely isn’t. To date no problem hone call from Laura she’s just a keyboard warrior”

“They cancelled my order and left me with no refund, after I paid for my paper, they said I had not contacted them about how to proceed, I’d checked out and paid.. so I’d like the paper! They say they emailed me but they have not. Be prepared for them to cancel your order and leave you at the last minutes with no paper!”

“I loved the wallpaper samples I had ordered. When I went to buy the paper I had chosen from the samples, the website was offering free UK delivery which was great. Unfortunately when I went to check out I was being charged £11.99 for delivery as I live in Northern Ireland, which last time I looked was part of the UK! I therefore sourced the wallpaper elsewhere.”

“The wallpaper was very thin when pasted and ripped when trying to put on walls we decided to remove it and buy a different one that was ok”

“Will NOT be ordering from here again. £18 per roll, bought 5 and each strip of wall paper has a white line along the edge that I can't get rid of. Never had a problem with any other wall paper I've had in this room. It will have to make do as I can't afford new yet but I'm disgusted. Won't be ordering here again.”

“Paper not the same colour I ordered it was meant to be gray and white but the white looks pale blue/gray and I was charged for delivery after it said it was free for over £50 spend and spent almost £140. I have emailed and messaged on various sites but you haven't responded 😤”

“Ordered and paid for wallpaper. Emailed by the company to tell me that my transaction had been identified as potentially fraudulent. No decent explanation of how a fully paid for transaction could possibly expose them to fraud. Cancelled the order, got a refund, bought amazing Graham & Brown paper instead which I’m thrilled with. Better quality (based on the sample I’d received from I love wallpaper), same price. Most disappointing online retail experience ever I’m afraid.”

“Cost of stuff was a disgrace My wife ordered paper from them and was offered paint too match she accepted( her fault) and was charged 40 pound plus vat for 2 tins It’s half that in any store RIP OFF !!”

“I have just had the most terrible experience I specifically ordered a slate grey with rose gold trees and was sent light grey with silver trees I rang up also emailed picture of they’re mistake only to spend 35mins with Craig on phone telling me it’s the correct wallpaper Now I have to pay 5.95 postage again which will be deducted for what is they’re mistake as if I would immediately ring up and say my wallpaper is the wrong colour I’m absolutely shocked”

All our product have a range of images to give a accurate impression prior to full rolls, however, as images can always vary to that of the paper in person, samples are offered prior to full rolls for referance. “I ordered quite a few samples not knowing which design I would like the best, you have to pay per sample, I know other sites provide these for free. Having paid for these I was disappointed with the size of the sample not even the width of the roll so can’t see the full pattern. Has left me still undecided unfortunately!”

“Im really disappointed with the sample you sent me paid £1.25 for this! Couldn’t decide if I would like the panel effects so though it would be best to send for a sample. Which doesn’t help at all its just blue with no panel in it. Also put a white sticker at the bottom of it I’m sure you could of put the sticker at the back. Safe to say I won’t be ordering the paper off you now. Mrs g Morrey”
