“Prompt service, love the wallpaper. Definitely recommend. I ordered a sample prior to ordering the wallpaper which allowed me to see exactly what I would get, this came within days. I then ordered the wallpaper and again was pleased with how fast the delivery was made. The wallpaper was put up this week and the room looks striking.”

“The website was very easy to use. The wall paper arrived promptly (paid for postage). However the quality of the paper is appalling, the joins are very visible and the slightest touch marks the paper. Certainly wouldn’t buy again.”

“Genuinely a awful non customer centric company, murals are not worth its money, mine had pixel print issues as soon as I unwrapped just the top area and Laura who claims she is a customer service manager needs to be re trained. Emails responses astonishing and very defensive. If you want aftercare this is not the place to purchase there are so many customer centric and places to purchase from and this definitely isn’t. To date no problem hone call from Laura she’s just a keyboard warrior”

“I waited a long time whilst my paper became in stock which was well worth the wait as it looks beautiful on the wall and I am very pleased with it. My order came on the day and time that you said which was very efficient what more can I say. The paper was ‘winter trees’ Many thanks Joy Fidgeon”

“Arran Stag in Gold is absolutely stunning. The decorator (covid distance applied) said it was not only a lovely wallpaper, but a super wallpaper to work with. My friends also love it, via zoom of course. Thank you”

“Paper delivered on time. I used the roll calculator but had a spare one which I returned for a refund. My decorator said it was a bit tricky to put on but very pleased with the result!”

“Ordered 5x wallpaper samples. Arrived promptly and in great condition. Very impressed with the size of the wallpaper samples. Excellent quality wallpaper. Like the fact that the website offers advice as to which colour paints compliment the busier wallpaper designs.”

“I ordered and then changed my mind on colour ! The order was already on its way but I was advised by ILW to just refuse the delivery (wasn't aware that I could do that) -I got my refund quite quickly and I now have the same paper in a different colour, which I love. Can't fault customer service - they were very helpful and the product is good quality”
