“My surname is Durkin, not with 2 r's. Delivery was a bit slow as I was hoping to start at the weekend because I ordered the wallpaper on Wednesday, and it didn't arrive until Monday.”

“I cant fault I love wallpaper at all, the service is amazing, their selection of wallpaper is the best I,ve seen, it,s great that you can get samples within a few days, so you can see what you like, and your wallpaper is deliverd within a few days, prices are amazing I got the same wall paper for half the price that b&q was selling it, I let every one know about this company, and they are ordering from then, I love, I love wallpaper, ii would,nt go anywhere else. “Wallpaper excellent, how ever I paid for next day delivery and it didn't come till 5.30, there should be time slots available as I wasted a day waiting in. When I rang about it, I found the customer services not much help whatsoever. This was when I was informed it could be delivered up to 6pm.... So it isn't worth paying for next day delivery and the price is quite high for that service.”

Hello We are sorry to hear you are not happy with the delivery service but we are not able to offer time slot deliveries and if we where they would be a much higher delivery charge as this is a extra service from FedEx, Also the the Next working day service is only £1 more then the 3-5 working day service and is guaranteed to be delivered the following working day.
