“Initially I tried to order through the website but had some problems because it was recognising me as living in ROI. I then changed it, but still couldn't order, so I gave them a call. The guy was very helpful and friendly, however the offer on the website of free wallpaper paste wasn't offered to me. Delivery was a problem. The guy I spoke to took down my address incorrectly (despite the address being correct on my online account). My parcel was then delivered to number 179, not 149. The people at 179 were on holidays and the neighbour had taken in the parcel. It took ages to sort out and I was pretty unhappy about it. That said, the parcel was well packaged and I'm really pleased with the quality and design of the paper. It's really smooth and looks unique and expensive.”

“Good to have the sample option but other sites provide samples for free including without P & P. It would also be good to know more clearly which papers are washable - an essential requirement for a house with small children.”

“The service, delivery & price were fine. The sample however, was different to the one we had seen on the site. The colours were the same, but they were not on the same motifs. ie: flower head purple, stamens silver were the other way round. Although ok, it wasn't as nice as the on line view. Would have much preferred the original sample we saw.”

“I was happy with how fast it took to recieve my items but when it did arrive one of my items was wrong so was quite disappointed. Ive emailed customer service so just waiting to see how ny situation is dealt with.”

“Having seen the wallpaper when it eventually arrived I was pleasantly surprised. However, I ordered the wallpaper on Fri 28th Feb and paid for next day delivery at an expensive rate of £ 7.95!! but the wallpaper failed to arrive until the Monday afternoon. I ordered the wallpaper on the Friday morning and then had an email that afternoon to say the wallpaper had been dispatched. I specifically needed the wallpaper for the weekend as I wanted to surprise my daughter! If I knew the wallpaper wasn't going to be next day delivery I wouldn't have paid the next day delivery fee!! I will be very reluctant to order from you again,”

“Just a couple of samples of 'brick' wallpapers..........shall not be buying, my criticism is that the bricks are too small.......cannot replicate real bricks if they are not brick sized.”
