Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Samples are charged at a fixed rate very sorry for any trouble caused. However, we often have promotions to save on the cost and occasionally provide them free of charge. Please feel free to contact us and we are always happy to advise on offers that will save on this cost.

During the first lockdown they allowed me to purchase rolls of a wallpaper that they didn't have in stock and I waited weeks and weeks, I then asked for a refund and that never came. I had to call again 3 weeks after my first refund request and got my money back and then a week or two later received an email to say my wallpaper was coming on that day, so I then had to wait all morning for the delivery so I could send it back, it wasn't downtown the delivery guy he is one who often delivers and he is always good and on time. I used to always buy my wallpaper from I love wallpaper but I have now lost my faith in them.

I won’t be ordering from them ever again! Got samples at the start of lockdown and liked one roll, went to order but out of stock for ages and ages - that’s fine, expected at these crazy times. I was delighted when I got an email to say it was back in stock and ordered within 2 hours. However the wallpaper never showed up! After 5 days from the estimated delivery I contacted them to ask for an update. They said it was delayed from the suppliers and would be with them in a few days. It’s poor that I wasn’t told this! It then STILL wasn’t with them after a few days. So I had to chase again. The wallpaper has now FINALLY arrived. I emailed to see if I could have a gesture of goodwill given I’d waited over a month. They offered me 5% off my next order. What a joke! 5% is poor when they have offers on all the time and also - it’s not like I regularly order wallpaper. I have no plans to decorate further rooms and if I do - it now won’t be through them. Poor service when this is the second time I’ve ordered from them and had also recommended to 2 friends. But I won’t be doing that anymore. Shame!

the paper that was delivered didnt match even though from the same batch number, it was a complete waste of time and money as the whole lot had to be sent back. The wallpaper had quite a few lines that needed matching up but no matter how you tried this there was always a line on the strip that didn’t match up. Customer services did respond quickly though.

Samples that cost and postal cost to come folded in to small pieces which then affect the look of the wallpaper with lines and tears what did I pay for?

Thank you for your review. We do stipulate on the website that samples are charged at £1.25 each with a one-off delivery charge of £1.49. Disappointed with I love wallpaper Had to order a couple of extra rolls of wallpaper to finish our room due to the repeat and when they arrived they were a very different colour from the original rolls we received I called and spoke to a customer service rep (who was very pleasant and helpful) to try to order the same batch as the original but he advised that I love wallpaper don’t know the batch numbers of the wallpaper they have in stock For a company specialising in wallpaper I’m really shocked about this Surely they realise people may need to reorder rolls of wallpaper and want the same batch Very disappointed and won’t buy from I love wallpaper again

Happy to take my money for samples but when I tried to place an order I was told they don’t deliver to my area, I live in mainland Scotland. I have given my business to another company.

We do ship to Scotland, I can see when placing your order it was attempted under Mainland UK rather than Highlands and Islands which is why it would not have allowed you to proceed. I ordered 2 samples, which were cut so small i couldnt get a realistic view of them. The wood panelling effect consisted of 2 squares. On that basis i wouldnt order.

It is a beautiful wallpaper but when the paste is applied it behaves totally different. We have had a hole just brushing it with a paste brush and you can see lines easily when the light is shining on the wall , even though you know you did everything correct to prevent this. It becomes like filo pastry when paste is applied and we love it in the day but at night you can see flaws and we have never had that with any other wallpaper in the house. Disappointed as the price paid it should have made no difference wet or dry.

This wallpaper is expensive for the quality! Really thin and rips very easily when hanging! Would not recommend
