“Initially Ordered one roll of paper, silly me, I needed two. I couldn't chance ordering another online as I needed the same batch number. Decided to call the company and see if they could help! The gentleman who answered my call was so helpful, phoned me back to say that after checking their stock the batch numbers were not the same but there was an order coming in the next day and he has reserved two rolls with same batch number and would send them next day delivery. He rang me the next day to tell me that they had been dispatched. Apologised that I would have to pay postage. I returned the single roll and the refund was put into my account upon their receipt of the roll of paper. Thank you for going the extra mile for me, much appreciated.”

“Excellent customer service team that were so helpful in sorting out the batch numbers when I didn't have enough wall paper! Paper was easy to hang and looks absolutely fabulous. Will definitely be coming back for more designs for the other rooms and recommending you to anyone who wants to listen!”

“I placed my order over the bank holiday weekend and received it in 2 days. So happy with my wallpaper and even more so as it was a Next brand at a greatly reduced price. Will come back for my next lot of paper and will be recommending you to my friends. Fantastic service”

“We chose the metallic grey brick effect wallpaper. The paper felt good quality, and went up like a dream, no air bubbles, snags or tears no matter how much i messed about. The pattern was easy to line up with minimal wastage. I will def recommend I Love wallpaper, and will use for all my wallpaper choices. Thanks!”

“I love wallpaper is fab. I have the glitter up in my livenroom and kitchen and i had to swap a roll and emailed them sent it back and had it changed withing a few days. Cant thank them enough they have great service and fast delivery. Love my wallpaper in my first wee home. :)”
