“Disappointed with I love wallpaper Had to order a couple of extra rolls of wallpaper to finish our room due to the repeat and when they arrived they were a very different colour from the original rolls we received I called and spoke to a customer service rep (who was very pleasant and helpful) to try to order the same batch as the original but he advised that I love wallpaper don’t know the batch numbers of the wallpaper they have in stock For a company specialising in wallpaper I’m really shocked about this Surely they realise people may need to reorder rolls of wallpaper and want the same batch Very disappointed and won’t buy from I love wallpaper again”

Whilst we do our utmost to send you the same batch as your previous order this is not guaranteed, if so we will send the closest available batch available, with different batches it is known that the pattern/shade can be slightly vaired. “Really happy with the wallpaper, superb match, excellent quality. I used the roll calculator on the website and it calculated three rolls. I only needed one and a half rolls, so I'm going to have to return a roll at my own expense. I do feel a bit cheated.”

“I went to Hartlepool to get a sample I had seen on line , but it was not stocked there so I had to order the sample for £1.25 which I don’t mind but the postage was £1.49 which I don’t like at all . However I do love your store and did find another paper for another room whilst I was there”
