“Ordered next day delivery, noticed the progress on the order did not change. Contacted customer serviced via the chat, they were very quick but informed me there had been a system error on the day I ordered (Thursday 11am) so these orders were being put through the following day (Friday). They offered to ensure my delivery came the day after (Saturday), which still made it a day late but better than nothing. I don't know if its because we usually use paste the wall paper, but we found the wallpaper a bit of a nightmare to use. It was very fragile once pasted making it difficult to position and align, a lot went to waste due to tears. Also unless you can 100% perfectly align it, you can see the edges because they are white and the paper is dark.”

I'm sorry to hear your unhappy with the samples ordered from us, samples are cut to a specific size and as they're primarily for colour & texture purposes it's not always possible you will receive a sample showing the full design. “If I was reviewing the wallpaper alone, it would be 5 stars - I love it! It looks lovely and was so easy to hang. I reduced to 3 stars because the company couldn’t deliver to me ( living on an island) which seems strange as I’ve had wallpaper from other companies without any problems. So..I had to have it delivered to family on the mainland and then posted to me.”

“Ordered a sample of paper that wanted to buy, the paid for sample was completely different to what was advertised, customer service was not interested. Didn't proceed to buy, not confident with what I might end up with!”

While we aim to demonstrate all our designs as accurately as we can with an array of images on the website, due to variation in lighting and other factors on an image, true shade can be difficult to capture. Samples are offered primarily for this purpose prior to rolls for a true in person impression to help you decide if its right for you. “Lovely wallpaper but the online calculator calculated that I needed 40% more wallpaper than I did. Spoke to a lady about the matter asking if I could please have a free returns and nobody ever called back. Great wallpaper but poor customer service”

“I only ordered some wallpaper samples from I Love Wallpaper, but I have to say they came earlier than expected which is good. However one thing I will say is that £1.25 for a sample is a little expensive considering you can get them for free in any wallpaper shop, so I would maybe recommend to put the price as something like 50p per sample in future.”

“Loved my wallpaper apart from one of the rolls had white marks on it. Needed it done as a suprise for my son for his birthday so still needed to use it which lets it down abit but other than that it lools great”
