Absolutely shambles of a company. Tell u to request a batch number that you need then send a complete different number. Already opened one original roll so can’t return and request all the same batch number. Ordered numerous times from here aswell. Won’t be using again!!!

We do specifiy on request " whilst we will do our best to send you the same batch as your previous order, this is not guaranteed. Ordered the Midnight Tropics Mural, I was very happy with choice. Halfway through papering the wall I noticed a flaw in the paper. It completely destroys the look of the wall and will have to be replaced. But most certainly not by this company, quality paper does not come with added flaw features. I have now read many reviews that say the quality is poor and flaws are not isolated incidents. I raised the complaint immediately - due to decorating I didn't pick my emails up every day. When I did a few days later, my complaint had been closed. Customer service is abysmal. When I raised this matter, I was informed they would send my pictures to the manufacturing dept. Several days later and no reply. Not only do they sell flawed wallpaper but they are also unwilling to deal with it.

Be careful when buying paint from this retailer as their return policy is outdated compared to other outlets. We only requested an exchange in the Blaydon branch but they were not forthcoming. The product was off the shelf and not bespoke so could not see a problem. SO BE WARNEDas we all make mistakes.

I was asked to take photos after questioning the colour of the wallpaper I received as it was not as described on their website and the resolution of the print was grainy and poor quality. I was asked to take some photos so they could check it. Naturally I opened the roll of paper to take the photos. They informed me after reviewing the photos that the paper was as expected at which point I requested a refund as I was not happy with the quality/colour. I was informed that because I had opened the roll, that it was against their returns policy and that they would not refund me my money if I returned it after being opened. Despite the paper being clearly different from the website pictures/description/quality (as you would expect from a £100 roll of wallpaper!) and that I was tricked into opening the roll unknowingly invalidating my return as per their policy, I requested politely that they make an exception given the circumstances and accept the return (still within the 30 days), but they refuse. I believe that I am within my rights to open and inspect goods bought online (as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations) and will be taking this further.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. As all products are wrapped in clear cellophane to allow the design to be visualised on receipt, as the product has been removed from the packaging unfortuantly this would make it non resaleable to accept a return at this stage. Our request for images was to see what you could to reflect on the issue, we did not advise opening the product at any stage to show this. As the product has been reviewed and matched to the product images shown on our website, we can assure you the design is not faulted or misprinted. Avoid Avoid. I ordered 6 rolls on the basis that the online calculator told me to order 5. I only in fact needed 4 and so am now left with two surplus rolls. I sent them back a wee bit over the 30 days policy and they won't refund. I have just had to pay £6.95 to have them returned to me or I would lose out on the £44 I paid for them. 30 days during a global pandemic is shocking especially when the only reason I couldn't get mY decorator in sooner was restrictions changing. I have been told a lot of tosh about batch numbers etc, but rolls of paper don't change. I won't deal with this company again.

Not a great experience at all. Ordered samples from their website which costed about £6 and four tiny samples turned up, which hardly showed the pattern on the papers I’d selected. I ordered one too many rolls for safety. However their returns policy of 30 days isn’t great as I’m now stuck with an unopened roll in perfect condition that I don’t need. Paper isn’t great to work with and the quantity is pretty poor. Wouldn’t use again.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. I'm very sorry you're unhappy with the samples you've ordered and for any trouble caused by the returns policy. Unfortunately, with larger designs such as this, it's impossible to send the full pattern as the pattern is larger than the sample. The samples are sent primarily for colour/texture reference and so that you can arrange a paint match etc, however, we understand it is nice to see how it would look first hand and are looking to improve on this. Bought this paper 3 times all 3 times rolled at seams overnight and couldn't be mended so disappointed as loved the look when it first went on

Paid next day delivery and they lost it, I asked for a replacement sent out as we needed it ASAP hence why we paid extra for delivery! They refused to until they investigated it with DPD, even though they knew it never got delivered . The staff are rude a really unhelpful , they eventually sent the wallpaper out a week later . I would avoid this company at all cost.

The choose 2 different wallpapers and every time we had to send it back due to it not being the colour specified on the website and looking completely different to the picture online - I understand it being a slightly different colour but not a whole different colour!

My initial purchase was incorrect so I returned the paper and brought a new design but I have never received a refund from my first order which is very disappointing

I ordered a sample on 10th Feb 21. Received confirmation of despatch the same day advising 3-5 working days. Finally on 26th Feb 21 it arrived but by then I had given up waiting and purchased wallpaper from another source, In conclusion I wasted £2.74 and “I Love Wallpaper” lost a sale of £200. Disappointing to say the least

Starting with delivery very poor box battered and squashed wallpaper slightly squashed .I was very disappointed with paper very poor quality you could see through it very thin and the colour wasn’t what I expected.

I had a complete nightmare with your company,I ordered the same items 3 times because they didn’t turn up! Once turned up the box was damaged and all the wallpaper paste had broken over the wallpaper !!!

Not very impressed at all ordered a sample piece which by the way the package and postage cost more than the sample . It didn’t arrive after 10 days so I contacted I love wallpaper who assured me they’d sent it but I never did receive it.Gave up in the end wasn’t worth all the hassle and found some other wallpaper from a different supplier
