“I ordered Vymura Wallpaper from I love Wallpaper. I received my order within two days. Unfortunately was short of half a roll to complete the job. I phoned I Love Wallpaper to ask if they could match the pattern and batch number. They confirmed and a roll is already despatched and should reach me by the end of the week. Well done I Love Wallpaper for swift and efficient service.”

“Still waiting for a sample I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago! Have paid for the sample but still waiting. This is not the first time there has been problems receiving items!!”

“My decorator said that the wallpaper I chose was of poor quality so I had to buy from a different shop. But the designs you offer are great its just a shame that the paper itself was of poor quality. I would be willing to pay more for a roll if the quality was better.”

“Overall I love wallpaper has been good until they sent one roll of wallper which has a different pattern number. Our decorator came that day as it was the only day he could come and I paid for next day delivery so it would be here. Because of this mistake by I love wallpaper we wasted his time and our urgent decorating got pushed back. They did send another roll the next day but that is not good enough. We should have had a refund of that roll also with an apology”
