“I'm a decorator and a customer wanted a ILW pattern called Fika Leaf. I worked out how many rolls given the pattern repeat and everything and the nice lady ordered them. When I arrived to hang the paper I cut the first length to fit the room then discovered the second length had a "cut here" dotted line running through it. WHAT THE?....I then realised that the whole roll is divided up into four equal lengths, marked to show you where to cut. This, I did not expect. Anyway, it meant I needed another roll and when I phoned for help the man on the phone was very helpful indeed. It's still a dumb gag to play on people. But the service was good.”
