“My initial purchase was incorrect so I returned the paper and brought a new design but I have never received a refund from my first order which is very disappointing”

“Fantastic quality, easy to order and delivery was so quick. So pleased with the results! Tried to order through “ world of wallpaper “ and didn’t complete order as wasn’t happy with ease of ordering and customer service. Well done and will always recommend you!”

“I was very disappointed with the samples I ordered. The wood effect panel one was too small to show the panels therefore the sample piece was just a block colour. Waste of money.”

“Moved into a new house on Halloween, unleash a horror of a house. I fancied something different to what I would normally go for, i was told about I Love Wallpaper from a friend. Fast delivery and very happy with the product received, it's made a house my home. Looking at ideas for other rooms to Wallpaper now. Woild highly recommend.”

“I absolutely love my wallpaper great service and fast delivery, however I was disappointed when I already paid for delivery to Ireland then I got got an email to say I had to pay custom charges of 13euro I wasn't happy.”

“I ordered a sample on 10th Feb 21. Received confirmation of despatch the same day advising 3-5 working days. Finally on 26th Feb 21 it arrived but by then I had given up waiting and purchased wallpaper from another source, In conclusion I wasted £2.74 and “I Love Wallpaper” lost a sale of £200. Disappointing to say the least”
