“Still waiting for a sample I ordered nearly 3 weeks ago! Have paid for the sample but still waiting. This is not the first time there has been problems receiving items!!”

“If I received my sample wallpaper I could leave a review but sadly I'm still waiting on my sample so in my opinion very poor service from I love wallpaper so would not recommend I love wallpaper to anyone, thankfully my order only cost couple pound glad I didn't go on to order the 4 bolts of paper I wanted.. So where is my sample weeks have past now? Terrible service”

“I got a decorator to fit this and he had so many problems with it not cutting right and bleeding also had a few marks on the paper so not happy with it at all , he phoned the company and was told as he had hung it we had no come back”

“We purchased the gold metallic wallpaper and got a first class decorator to put in on wall for us and you can see every line where the paper joins I think it should have been stated before buying”

“Paid by card online payment successful, received email stating no payment received and to pay again.. so I rang my bank and was told payment had gone through and gave me a code to give to them to confirm, rang shop number young man answered said payment not received, would NOT check code with my bank or his, was very arrogant spoke down to me, told him needed this wallpaper by weekend and my daughter would be upset, didn't care not his problem, I asked to speak to the owner said No out of country asked for manager said call back next week and slammed phone down, 4 days later no wallpaper and no refund Worst company ever would not use only out for your money customer service is horrendous”

“Absolutely Shocking!!! Poor quality wallpaper that looked nothing like the picture!!!!!! Ordered a shimmer wallpaper that was dull grey and cheap and tacky!!!!! Cost me £9 to send it back and company won't refund return delivery due to it been an unwanted item!!! Unwanted because it was absolute rubbish!!!!!! First time of ordering wallpaper online and will most certainly me the last!!!!!!!”

“I ordered samples for an interior design project leaving plenty of time to organise mood boards etc. I was sent the wrong set of samples and received someone else's order. I am still waiting for the correct samples to arrive. I am working to a deadline and it is gonig to be really tricky if the sample do not arrive by 29th April”

“Ordered paper online.£ days later attempted delivery by Fed Ex.Left card as I was not home.Refused to be flexible on delivery time and Saturday delivery out of the question.Fed Ex state this is ILW policy. Contacted ILW and despite my request to ask courier to leave with a neighbour they refused and were quite rude.I had no choice but to cancel my order and lost the delivery charge.Very POOR service.”

“As a client in Ireland I have to complain, not about your product as over a week since ordering we have not yet received the goods. Fedex do not operate well in rural Ireland. So all in all we are very disatisfied”

“the sample you sent me doesn't look like that photo, the photo on your website looks like the real brick painted with while paint , but the sample made me so disappointed!”
