“Ordered on wednesday, paid for next day delivery, it is now saturday and we are still waiting for our wallpaper. We have a decorator coming today, but we have no wallpaper for him to hang. We received and email asking us to review ilovewallaper before we had the wallpaper, so unfortunately we could only give a very poor review.”

“Ordered my wallpaper on a Thursday early morning and paid for nxt day delivery, never turned up on the Friday so I rang for them to tell me I 'should' get it by Tuesday at the latest! Rubbish.”

“This company is unable to send an email to advise of delivery? I find this very strange. And also when I rang up to query delivery date the guy I spoke to seemed to get very annoyed when I suggested an email to advise of delivery. Was told " this is not possible" and " you will find all on line retail companies are the same". How does he know? And, actually they DO send an email and tracking number normally to advise of delivery date. This is this first review I have ever written due to this mans manner”

“my order was dispatched last Monday on express delivery and I still haven't received it I have waited till now but still haven't received it hopefully they will arrive this afternoon if they don't then you can resend them or refund my and I will go elsewhere for wallpaper which is a shame because myself and my wife loved the wallpaper we ordered thanks mr v merrony”

“I was disappointed with the sample I was sent...not only did I purchase it I also paid for deliver and expected to have a good sample but was sent the tiniest snippet of this wallpaper which did not give me a good idea of what this will look like. Considering I can pick up a free sample from local DIY shops of other wallpaper I was very disappointed in the paid sample sent to me...I will not be using this company.”

“Wallpaper was not as expected from viewing it online. Sent it back to then be informed that I will not be refunded the £7 delivery fee. Appalling, I don't know any other company that do this and it was not clearly stated when making my purchase!”

“Not happy at all paid extra for next day delivery... Stayed in all day waitin, foned up twice and the man sed it's defiantly on its way today be4 7... 7 cum no wallpaper 8 cum stil no wallpaper never again”
