“The boxes of paper towels were delivered promtly as always and it's no fault of Hygiene Depot Unfortunately when delivered the items were left outside, the DPD delivery driver didn't knock on the door. Luckily the packages were noticed and brought inside before the rain came.”

“Friendly, willing customer support. I wasn't told there was a discount for 10 cases or more though which is why I dropped one star. Also goods were delivered to invoicing address which caused confusion although it was delivered on time!”

“Hi there, I have just bought 5 x Luxury Airlaid White 8-Fold Napkin / Hand Towel, 500 for the second time and while the hand towels are good quality and suitable they always arrived creased which is disappointing, can they not be packed in better packaging so they all arrive crease-free. We have a seven-star space here and need the hand towels to be the same. Best regards Rebecca”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We have taken a look at our remaining stock and have found some that do have the slight crease that you mention. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product and the delivery, sometimes some paper towels may have some creases in them and repackaging them would not avoid this. We do stock similar towels that you may want to try, but the quality of these towels is the best. We can send you samples if this will help find the best solution for you?
