“The office staff are outstanding The lady that rang me pointed out that (a) I had ordered the wrong product (b) I'd pressed twice to double up ?! She sorted me out and pointed me to the correct product So far the replacement for twinmatic are working out although I have to say the lack of whitens shays been remarked upon Great outfit and like I say outstanding office person Q”

“We like the products and the availability of your customer service . We also value the fact that the products are delivered at our door and we hope it will keep going this way. I noticed that the amount of time needed for delivery varies a lot. I remember an order in December that took quite a long time but our last order was then delivered the next day. That is cool.”

“I have used this company for years to supply my business. The day to day service is what you would expect from a professional company. I have only had two issues with supply in the 6 or 7 years of using Hygiene Depot and on both occasions their customer service was exemplary and the issues were resolved immediately. They obviously get my recommendation and I reinforce this recommendation buy continuing to use them as my sole supplier. Great service coupled with great prices and reliability why use anybody else.”
