Hi Lisa, Hope this finds you well. I am sorry to read that you didn’t find our Prem Black Sacks fit for purpose. These are a very popular bag (we sell approx. 7,000 cases a year) and to be fair, pretty strong. It seems from what you wrote that you may have received a faulty case where the sealing machine has not sealed the bottom of the cases correctly causing the issue you have had. I have arranged for another case of sacks to be sent to you FOC as well as an extra case of a slightly stronger bag - our Prem+ sack – to try. “Opened a personal account to obtain Black Bin Bags, as sizes offered in shops were not suitable for our bin. Hygiene Depot sent out samples so we could try for size. Perfect sizing, order placed and surprised at speed of delivery. Ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday.”
