“They treated me very bady and arrogantly when I made a tiney mistake with my last order AFTER BEING A VERY LOYAL CUSTMER FOR 12 YEARS. Once I even returned them near £200 worth of goods which they sent me by mistake with no invoice, no trace of any order, when I could keep and use them. When I mentined this to their manager this time as a sample of honesty and loyalty, he treated me very arrogantly. I do not want to know about them anymore.”

“Delivery was expected however I ordered the incorrect size I contacted your sales team and they have sent me a sample of the correct size which will be trialed over the next weekend. The wrong sized paper towels are still here and I will have to decide to return these or try using them but as they do not fit our dispencers I will wait until after the trial of the correct sized towels”
