“After having found a leak on our annual service, Martin sorted us out there and then, great service from Hydroactive as usual, very happy to highly recommend them as their after sales service is second to none, the service plan has saved us a fortune and worth every penny! Thank you guys”

We strive to provide the best aftersales possible and are constantly looking to improve, our current vans carry the maximum they can in spares which allows us to rectify problems on first visit. Due to such diversity in models and manufacturers we’re struggling to carry everything we need, so to improve our service further and to carry more spares we’ve invested in more and bigger vans. “After visiting quite a few hot tub companies we settled on these guys! We found Andy to be both knowledgable and very amenable. We had a lot of problems with access etc but he dealt with all of them efficiently. If you want good honest advice and top customer service you wound go far wrong with these guys.”
