“Just to say we had a wonderful experience at Vita Spa in Doncaster. Rick was extremely friendly and helpful, even the children had a lovely time as Rick was both professional but also very funny and entertaining. After being fully briefed by Rick, we have purchased the Vita Grand hot tub and we are looking forward to receiving it. I would thoroughly recommend you visit Rick at Vita Spa Doncaster.”

“We bought our vita prestige a while ago now from Andy to and his team. What can I say this company are fabulous. Nothing too much trouble, the knowledge they have is second to none. The whole team are brilliant. After care and service plan are brill too. I wish this company a long and prosperous future. It’s not often you get this sort of care from a company these days”

“Bought a 700 series Cabaret today. Highly recommend hydro active.. the information given was provided with detail and any concerns I had was dealt with professionally. We had been to other hot tub conpanys around Yorkshire area and was always drawn back to hydro active. Ricky was a happy chap and felt like we bought of a friend not salesman. Can’t wait till we can relax in our new hot tub.”

“Only having my new Pacific lounge hot tub delivered yesterday I can only comment on the the customer service I have received so for. All the staff I have dealt with up to this point have been very helpful and professional. Delivery date needed to be moved back by 2 days due to suppliers, however staff handled this well. My tub was delivered and installed yesterday and we was in it last night. Looks beautiful and so far I am extremely happy with it. Very happy customer. Thank you lads”
