Thank you for your valued feedback. At the time of survey we explain to customers that packaging from the hot tub isnt taken away by us and this is signed for on our survey document by the customer. We made the decision many years ago after substantial increases in the cost of rubbish disposal and after a consultaion with customers. We in fact managed to reduce the cost of all our hot tubs by £150 simply by the customer disposing of the packaging. As you can imagine this was welcomed by all customers. We constantly review our practises in order to improve our service, rubbish being one of them, however we found that customers would rather see lower hot tub prices and dispose of the packaging themselves. We are glad you felp the sales process and installation was very good and so was your overall experience. Welcome to our hot tub family and happy hottubbing Team Hydro

“Fantastic hot tub and service off this conpany. Thorough run through of the tub and its maintenance. Was difficult to get into the nack garden, but the lads took the fence out and replaced no problem. Would definitely recommend.”

“From good recommendations we decided to view a hot tub at Hydro Active Spas and we were not disappointed. The sales representative was extremely helpful and professional. They asked about what we wanted in a spa and suggested a number of options. We came back at a later date to test a spa. We went on to purchase a Vita Grand. The engineers installed our hot tub today. The process was very streamlined and professional. Would definitely recommend.”
