“Their customer service was outstanding, the best I've ever experienced. I bought a product from them, it was the wrong size due to mistakes on the website and after contacting one of the representatives they offered to replace it for free. The quality of their products is superb and the speed of delivery was also excellent. However my last delivery, delivered by DPD, was very poor (which was not HVW's fault) but they quickly apologised on their behalf. A superb company, would highly recommend them.”
