The Vivienne Westwood bucket hat gets one star as it was a shoddy little cotton object with a crude logo. Looked like a kid’s throw away beach item with a value of about £5.00 as opposed to the £75.00 charged, apparently reduced from in excess of £125.00. A ludicrous cost. I’ve given them 2 stars as the return was handled efficiently. Avoid.

Wrong dress sent twice. Paid postage for one dress to be delivered and postage for 2 to be returned. Money for wrong dreswas returned promptly.

I think charging £6 postage and having to pay return fees for an everything ordered from burley’s is enough to stop me ever shopping with them again. Both times of ordering these boots came up too small so cost me £20 for absolutely nothing! Never again thank you

Emailed with no response, unhappy with product way to small and losing money to send back and pay £5.50 delivery. No support from team which is a concern when all I want is either a larger size or a gift note so I haven’t completely lost £45 for a unwanted gift

Item was top quality, didn’t confirm the order though and I had to re order it the next day, then two of the same order turned up and I had to pay postage to return it, still waiting for refund Sadly not first class customer service

Delivery, service, returns, exchanges all very good. However, I believe the item to be fake! Made in China sticker on the product. And dont feel the same as real versace sliders.

Unfortunately I only received two out of the three items purchased. I’ve been made to feel as if it’s my fault. Dealing with this whilst being treated for cancer has been disappointing.

Bought a boss sweater advised to order one size up when it arrived xl was massive, sent it back no large so sent me my money back. Cost me £10 postage waste of time, obviously won't be using again.

I purchased my item in the sale but was not told at the time of purchase, that they was a time delay in delivery due to staff shortages. This item was a gift and could of arrived well within time but because of the delays where late. I was not informed at any a stage of my purchase that this was the case and they happy took my money knowing that the delivery time would not be met.

I still have not received the item so my review is based on the customer service. I understand that there are delays around Christmas for delivery but am disappointed that the earrings still haven’t been received. Hopefully I will receive them soon so I can give the gift to my daughter as they were intended.

Packaged & presented really well. Returned as unsuitable. Feel returns policy excessive. Had to pay £12 to return it & then have another £3.95 deducted from my refund because it was free post on the initial delivery. When you’re spending £220 on an item you would expect delivery to be free. Won’t be using Hurleys again. Feel “ripped off”. READ THE SMALL PRINT.

It was a quick service to receive my jacket, however I am still awaiting communication from when I returned it requesting a different size. Would love to hear from you with the plan of a new delivery.
