Very disappointed to only receive part of my order , subsequently contacted company who informed me that cctv footage will confirm packaging !!! This does not help me as when opened only part received and I must say I didn’t think to look at packaging so didn’t notice any tampering!! I well I’ve never experienced this before and I do a lot of online ordering! I need the second purchase for a young child’s school requirement! Very annoyed and I’m going to expect th m to rectify this for me as I’m out of pocket !!!!

Terrible customer services I’ve contacted them twice to ask about an exchange and no one has bothered to respond. This is over a six week period.

Placed an order on 26th January and to this day 12tg February I cannot get my purchase or refund. Spoke to a very rude call agent called Amy who was adamant the address error was caused by me the purchaser. Will get my bank to reimburse me and will advise everyone I know to stay well clear from the cowboy outfit.

Sent me an out of date dried up product. Not fit for purpose. Only refunded cost of product and not very expensive postage. Did not offer to replace.

Very poor customer service. Description of item is inaccurate, this is a red and cream polo shirt and not red and white. I have the same polo in black and white and can confirm the colour by looking at this picture. All of this was denied by the customer service team, even after complaint.

Your customer service is appalling! I still have not received my item and you are not assisting in the search to find its precise location. The responsibility lies with you as you have taken my money for goods not received.

After reviewing your order, it does look as though one of the items you had ordered was out of stock when our staff came to pick that item. It was then decided by yourself that you did not want the other item in the order so the order was then cancelled upon request. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in regards to this situation.

It took 18 days to arrive and when it arrived the DPD driver had thrown the item over the fence in the back garden when I stated online to leave inside the front porch floor and put a big note on the front door saying please leave on the porch floor! The item was soaking wet in the garden from the rain when I came back from the school run. It wasn’t a great process and very disappointing

Well for some reason I never got my shoes. I did receive an email, however, stating that I would be receiving a full refund. No explanation. No reason. Very strange.....

I ordered a scarf and a bag from Hurleys, the scarf turned up but the bag didnt, after 5 days they agreed to send the bag out to me again but they sent it to the wrong customer, and in the process supplied this customer with my name, address, phone number and email address. I then received a phone call from this customer asking if I had her delivery, which she hadnt got. I would not buy anything from this company again, it has been frustrating, stressful, time consuming and I still didnt get my order with a nice GDPR breach thrown in.

Paid £10 to get next day delivery and arrived 2 days after that and they were for a holiday this never turned up in time
