“Very nice boots will order again”

“Packaged & presented really well. Returned as unsuitable. Feel returns policy excessive. Had to pay £12 to return it & then have another £3.95 deducted from my refund because it was free post on the initial delivery. When you’re spending £220 on an item you would expect delivery to be free. Won’t be using Hurleys again. Feel “ripped off”. READ THE SMALL PRINT.”

“Never had a problem buying online from Hurleys. Good ranges, good display and navigation round the site, good prices. I like the recent improvement in offering more pictures if you click on the item of interest. And there seems to be more info too, about quality, care etc.”

“Haven’t recieved my item at all reported this to Hurley’s and still waiting on a response! As the delivery company/person wrongly signed for it themselves as well as spelling my surname wrong says a lot! and has now been conveniently misplaced ie stolen! And I still haven’t had a single action or response update from anyone as of yet! Absolutely gutted as was a gift for my daughters 1st birthday”
