“Ordered a jumper as a Christmas gift and received an email to say my address was incorrect. Responded to the email, to never hear back. Had to ring them and staff were not helpful and wanted me to cancel and re-order. It is not an easy to navigate website and team are not very customer friendly - didn't want to help, received blunt answers. Will not be trying to order anything again. Will now go elsewhere. Stay clear.”
